The U.S. is facing a maternal health crisis, with one of the highest pregnancy-related death rates among developed countries—and most of these deaths are preventable.

 

The CDC’s Hear Her campaign is dedicated to raising awareness about the warning signs that too often go unheard during and after pregnancy. Our goal was to encourage healthcare providers, families, and communities to listen closely when a pregnant person say something feels wrong, because early intervention can save lives.

 

For this new business pitch, I contributed to developing materials that aimed to amplify this critical message. It was important to me that the work not only educate but also empower women to trust their own voices and instincts when it comes to their health.
